By installing or using TournaMentor you agree to these terms. How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy.

Using the app

You may use TournaMentor free of charge to run tournaments, keep scores and share results. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app itself, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or Google Play's rules.

What you enter

The players, names, photos, games and results you enter are yours and stay on your device. When you save a friend's name or photo, or share a result image that shows them, make sure they are fine with it. You are responsible for what you share through Android's share sheet.

Ads and the coffee

The free version shows a banner from Google AdMob. The coffee is a one-time in-app purchase sold through Google Play. It removes the banner for good and unlocks backups to a file. Google Play takes the payment under its own terms, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. The coffee belongs to the Google account that bought it and comes back when you install the app again with that account.

Backups

Backup files you export are yours to keep safe. A backup holds your players, photos and tournaments, so store it where only you can reach it.

No guarantee

I work to keep TournaMentor correct and reliable, but it is provided as it is, without a warranty. Tables and statistics are a record of your own games, not an official ranking. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for lost data or for any loss that comes from using the app. Nothing here limits the rights that consumer law in your country gives you.

Changes

I may update these terms when the app changes. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
